hi! another sleep query please ladies!! little one is 14months and she has a nap in the afteronon, she gets up at 6.30/7am and sometimes will go back to sleep but generally has a nap about 1.30. sleeps from anything from 30mins to 1 1/2 hrs!! how much does she need! i tend to go with what she needs for that day, but do try to keep afternoon nap in a routine by keeping to same time everyday. thanks! x

Hi my little one is 22 months and still needs her afternoon nap will sleep from 1.30 every day usually for an hour or 2 and will also sleep for 12 to 13 hours at night. but I find the same time every day works well. good luck Sonia Ella 22 months and Felix 3 months

hiya my daughter had an afternoon nap in her bed up until she was about 18 mnths. after that i just knew she wasnt interested in them any more. she goes to bed at 7 n gets up at 8, and has done for a long tym. xxx

hi - from around 12 months my daughter only had 1 nap a day. Shes at nursery 5 days a week, and they all go for a nap after lunch and she'll sleep from anywhere between 30 mins and 2 hours depends how active she's been really. She's now 18 months old and still does the same
