you will need to tell them as soon as she is 3 months if you want to go to appointments and scans. I would say that especially in the last 2 months there are appointments almost every week so if your work doesn't like you taking time off pick the ones you want to go to carefully as some have you sitting around for ages and all it is is a blood test and urine sample ( totaly pointless for the dads to be there) good luck
