Its a difficult one. The thing is, you can't really refuse access to the biological dad, but then you've got this lovely new man. it soulds to me like he's feeling a little bit threatened that your baby's real dad wants back on the scene. you need to talk to your new partner and explain to him that you have no feelings for this other useless man that abandoned you when you prob needed him the most, but if he wants to see his child there isn't really anything you can do about it, he may end up taking it to court and alsorts. On the other hand, you need to have strict boundaries for the babies dad so that he knows when and where he can see his child. You need to really talk to your partner properly and try to make him see this other guy really isn't a threat to your relationship
