do what you think is right for you and your family at this time...you dont have to do it forever if it will get you right again financially it is worth it x

As much as it would be hard to leave your new baby & your older one, this will all be for their benefit in the long run! Talk to your new employer and see if they can do anything to accommodate your young family. Maybe you could work a shorter lunch break to be able to leave half an hour earlier or something like that! Also if you use a registered childminder and your family are on a fairly low income, you'll get help with your childcare fee's! I couldnt work without childtax credit! I had to come back to work when my first baby was 5 months old cos we needed the money! There are sacrifices you have to make in life, which are sometimes no fun at all but it will all be worth it in the end as it will lift a lot of worry from you & your partner!
