SHould be a total of 39 weeks equal to 9 months pay. sarah mum to leah aged 2 years 10 months and 41 week baby bump

Hi, it's actually 6 weeks at 90% of your usual weekly pay minus tax, NI & any pension contributions. Then this drops down to the lower rate of 163;117 for 33 weeks, again minus tax, NI & any pension contributions. You then have the option to take a further 13 weeks off from work un-paid where you maybe entitled to claim for Income Support to replace your SMP. Amy & Joshie x
