I gave birth on the 8th June. Normal Vaginal delivery and only 5 stitches. Is it normal to still be beeding at 5weeks post birth??

Hi. I bled for 6 weeks with my first and 7 weeks with my second. My HV said it's normal to bleed for longer with your second. I haven't had a period yet though and she's now 13 weeks.

Hiya. I bled lightly for 10 weeks after giving birth to my 10lb 6oz baby. As I'm still breastfeeding at night I still haven't had a period and my daughter is now 4 months old.
